WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS?
Functional fitness is a popular form of exercise that allows you to target specific muscles while also building core strength. Functional Fitness focuses on body alignment, mobility, and strength through exercises that mimic movements you make each day outside of the gym. The goal of functional fitness is not just to get a great workout in the gym but for long term health. By practicing functional movements regularly we can train our bodies to not only perform movements with ease but to also feel good so that we can live life to the fullest!
With over a decade of personal training experience Hayden offers not only experience but a wealth of knowledge in functional movement. Hayden was voted best personal trainer in all of Baldwin County in 2020 through Big Beautiful Baldwin's Best of 2020 awards. He has completed his ACE-certification and Thai Stretching certification. In his free time he enjoys biking through the nature trails, spending time with his family, playing with his daughter and learning from The Knees Over Toes Guy
Hanna fell in love with movement and exercise at an early age through Volleyball. Hanna is ACE-certified & has also completed her certification in Thai Stretching. In her free time you can find Hanna out on the water with her husband and two fur babies or playing volleyball on the beach.
A proud native to the Gulf Coast, Coach Cliff enjoys spending his time out on the water when he's not in the studio. Cliff found his passion for movement in CrossFit and has enjoyed breaking through boundaries of limiting beliefs ever since. Cliff prides himself on bringing positive energy, that extra motivation, and killer workouts to all of his classes and training sessions.

Blace is a professional Canadian football player, business owner, content creator, and cool girl-dad. He is passionate about teaching athletes the tools they need to succeed in their sport. Blace is a graduate of Troy University with a degree in Sports Management. He played in the CFL for three years and has been training athletes for almost a decade. Blace is an ISSA-certified personal trainer with a unique training approach that allows his clients to develop the skill set necessary to advance into the world of professional sports.
