WHAT IS FUNCTIONAL FITNESS?

Functional fitness is a popular form of exercise that allows you to target specific muscles while also building core strength. Functional Fitness focuses on body alignment, mobility, and strength through exercises that mimic movements you make each day outside of the gym. The goal of functional fitness is not just to get a great workout in the gym but for long term health. By practicing functional movements regularly we can train our bodies to not only perform movements with ease but to also feel good so that we can live life to the fullest!

Owner/Personal Trainer/Coach

With over a decade of personal training experience, Hayden brings a wealth of knowledge in functional movement and mobility. His passion lies in helping people achieve health goals that improve their daily lives, extending beyond the gym into everyday activities.

In 2020, Hayden was honored to be recognized as the best personal trainer in Baldwin County by Big Beautiful Baldwin's Best of 2020 awards. He is proud to hold an ACE certification and a certification in Thai Stretching, which support his holistic approach to fitness.

Outside of his professional life, Hayden enjoys biking through nature trails, spending quality time with his family, and playing with his daughter, Zoe. Hayden remains committed to continuous learning, drawing inspiration from leading experts, and always aiming to enhance his skills and knowledge.

Hanna fell in love with movement and exercise at an early age through Volleyball. Hanna is ACE-certified & has also completed her certification in Thai Stretching. In her free time you can find Hanna out on the water with her husband and two fur babies or playing volleyball on the beach.

A proud native to the Gulf Coast, Coach Cliff enjoys spending his time out on the water when he's not in the studio. Cliff found his passion for movement in CrossFit and has enjoyed breaking through boundaries of limiting beliefs ever since. Cliff prides himself on bringing positive energy, that extra motivation, and killer workouts to all of his classes and training sessions.
